Open Day Watersnoodmuseum

On Saturday, February 8, 2025, the Watersnoodmuseum will once again open its doors for the annual Open Day, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Visit for free, explore the museum, and enjoy activities and presentations!

Just like previous years, there’s plenty to do during our Open Day. If you’ve never visited the Watersnoodmuseum before, this is your chance to see the artifacts in the museum or listen to the many stories about the Flood Disaster and the power of water. There’s also lots for children to discover, including scavenger hunts and workshops.

In addition to our permanent exhibitions, we’re organizing special activities and presentations for the Open Day. Sample delicious food and drinks from local businesses near the museum!
