Every Wednesday afternoon during the months of July and August, demonstrations of making Zeeland boluses are provided at Brusea. But it doesn't have to stop at just a demonstration. You can roll up your sleeves and try to create a beautiful Zeeland product yourself. Everyone is welcome, whether adult or child. Expert and responsible bakers will teach you how to bake boluses. While the boluses are baking in the oven, there is plenty of time for a tour of the museums, and of course, for a cup of coffee. At the end of this adventure, they also receive an official Bolus Baker diploma, often to their great pride. Note: The demonstration starts at 1:30 PM and lasts until approximately 2:45 PM. Please arrive on time.
