For years, you used to walk into the VVV office (Tourist Information) of Haamstede, but now Groenendijk BV is happily established there. The company rents and manages (holiday) homes, mainly in the Kop van Schouwen region, but also beyond. Groenendijk BV is a family-owned business that has been around for 80 years and originated as a construction company in Dordrecht. In Burgh-Haamstede, the branch of holiday homes was added, and Niels and Anne Groenendijk (brother and sister) have taken this under their wing. Anne: "We both come from different backgrounds but saw potential in holiday homes. These differences in background turned out to work well together in practice!" The two of them really enjoy expanding this specific branch of the business. Niels: "There was already experience in property management, and managing holiday homes fits well with that. In addition, we also have our own holiday homes that we rent out. They are maintained and managed with the utmost care and attention." The team at Groenendijk BV is compact and therefore flexible. Anne: "By maintaining a good balance in growth, we've been able to preserve the family feel for our guests. We consider a personal approach to the guest very important, both during the booking process and during on-site interactions. We're very pleased with the role of being hosts. It's different every day, and that's what makes it so enjoyable.
