Restaurant Zeerust is a small-scale restaurant with approximately 45 seats, where you can enjoy delicious dishes from our artisanal kitchen. Our kitchen team guarantees an extensive menu with a wide variety of choices, and the chef regularly prepares a special dish that is not listed on the menu. The menu changes at least three times a year, ensuring there is always plenty of choice.

There is a wide selection of hot and cold starters, various soups and salads. In addition to a range of meat and fish dishes, we also offer an extensive vegetarian menu with main courses such as lasagne, vegetable quiche, tagliatelle and quorn fillets. A house specialty is the Bouillabaisse à la Zeerust, a delicious meal soup prepared with various types of fish.

Our kitchen team also prepares several homemade desserts, such as chocolate or vanilla-cinnamon parfait, warm apple pie with Calvados ice cream and whipped cream, warm liqueur cherries with Amarena ice cream and whipped cream, and mini pancakes with orange ice cream, Grand Marnier and whipped cream. We also serve a selection of ice creams based on Mövenpick ice cream and various types of coffee.

In addition to our menu, we offer a wine list with approximately 20 different wines, ensuring that everyone can find a wine to suit their taste. Alongside traditional French, German, Spanish and Italian wines, we also offer Chilean, South African and Argentine wines.

During the day, we serve an extensive lunch menu until 5:00 PM, including fried eggs, satay, pancakes and various sandwiches. Our kitchen is open daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
