In 2004, Jorien and Tom van Rees started BHVK Leisure; an intermediary agency for the rental of second homes and recreational properties in the Kop van Schouwen. What began as a small-scale endeavor has now grown into a company with a selection of a few hundred properties. Jorien and Tom always have new ideas. Tom: "We are no longer only active in Schouwen-Duiveland, but also beyond, like in the Veluwe. We continue to expand. We like to seek our challenges in small new construction projects where sustainability is a key principle."
