They get their milk from the milkman, create their own flavors and recipes, and churn every scoop of ice cream by hand. "Flavors that I like, I write down on paper and stick on the freezer. When I walk by, I think about how I can make the best and most delicious ice cream out of it. If I have a recipe in my head, I'll go into the kitchen until I'm satisfied," Tom says. In addition to ice cream, this ice cream parlor is also the right place for (special) coffees from Zeeuwse Branding and excellent chocolate. And Tom wouldn't be Tom if there wasn't a lot more deliciousness coming in the future.
