Marius says, 'What we do here is like a competitive sport. We aim to be the best at what we do and strive for the complete package. Quality comes first. We're often busy, but we absolutely want our guests to be able to eat and enjoy comfortably.' Kiki adds, 'A few years ago, we started brewing our own Westhoek beers, and now we have six varieties. The products in the shop are truly our own and authentic; we try to come up with new things every year. That keeps us on our toes, and it never gets dull!
