Beachbar Sand & Pepper

You have beach tents, and then you have Beachbar Sand & Pepper. At this cool spot on the beach at the tip of Westenschouwen, you're guaranteed to have a great time. No massive crowds, just delightful and intimate enjoyment. Owners Anne and Koen took over the establishment in 2018 and put their own touch on it after a substantial renovation. There's now also a beachside bar for the pavilion. Here, you can easily grab a bite to eat and a drink. Koen: "I believe we've created a place where people love to come. The experience is our top priority. We want to maintain that foreign atmosphere even though we're 'simply' in Zeeland. And we have a fantastic team; both we and our guests are thrilled with that." Anne has always worked in online marketing, and Koen has a background in hospitality. Their work experience is serving them well as a couple. Koen: "Entrepreneurship suits us well, and we love making our business better and more enjoyable. For instance, we also work with themes and organize live music. But everything ultimately relies on our team. We all have a lot of fun together, and our guests really appreciate that.
