Statue Jacob Cats
Jacob Cats, also known as Father Cats, was born in Brouwershaven and lived from 1577 to 1660. During his lifetime, he was a poet, lawyer, and politician. In 1829, a limestone statue was erected in his honor, which was later restored and relocated from the Markt to the Great Church. Now, there stands a bronze statue in its place.
