The practice can be reached from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm via phone number 0111-461280 (also for emergencies). Between 12:00-1:00 pm and 5:00-6:00 pm, the line is reserved for emergencies only. Every morning, there is an open consultation hour from 8:00 to 9:00 am, intended for short consultations. The second half of the morning is generally reserved for home visits, minor procedures, and medical examinations. Between 12:30-1:00 pm, you can call to inquire about test results.

Afternoon consultations are strictly by appointment. Each appointment is scheduled for 10 minutes for one person. If you think you need more time or want to make an appointment for multiple people, please inform the assistant when making the appointment or during consultation.

During the summer period (July-August), there is an additional open consultation hour from 4:00-5:00 pm.
