Zeeuws & Zo has been open since the spring of 2020, located on the Ring in Haamstede. In this charming little shop, you can find a variety of Zeeland regional products. It's like a souvenir shop 2.0, because Johan Spee's offerings go beyond just butter candies and postcards featuring the Schouwen beach. "I have three main suppliers: Leuk Zeeuws, Zeeuwse Zaken, and Vers Plus," he explains. "Their range is so extensive that there's always something new to add to the assortment. This ranges from chocolates to Zeelandic beers and from cheerful bath towels to delightful soaps." The island itself is also represented in Johan's shop by numerous local producers. Beer from the Graanhalm pancake windmill, liqueurs from Kampen in Bruinisse, mustard and mayonnaise from Ton in Zierikzee, wine from De Kleine Schorre in Dreischor, beer from De Eenhoorn in Zonnemaire, and from Domus in Zierikzee, as well as pure honey from Haamstede. At Zeeuws & Zo, you're in the right place for a local product. Previously, the space was occupied by a VVV (tourist information) branch, and Johan would like to continue that role.
