Ten artists will work alternately in 2024 in a specially equipped workspace in the first caisson of the Watersnoodmuseum. The 1953 Watersnoodramp and current sea level rise should inspire the artists. Gino Anthonisse, as curator on behalf of the Watersnoodmuseum, selects the artists.

After an inspiration session with scientists from the museum building and the immediate surroundings of the Watersnoodmuseum, the artists will set to work. The theme they will work on is: living with water. The artists will have complete freedom in how they interpret this during a three-month residency.
