Owner Tom van Valen exudes enthusiasm and wants to provide you with an optimal experience along with his team. "Creating a cozy atmosphere is a top priority, both for our guests and our staff. And of course, good food. You can visit us all day long, and when the weather is nice, there's always somewhere sunny on the terrace." In 2019, Tom breathed new life into the old Brandenburg building. In four months, it was stripped down and transformed into Brasserie Mood. "I attended hotel school in Koksijde, and after that, I worked at Perry's Beachclub for a while. Then this opportunity arose, and I started my own business." Working with food is Tom's passion. He also spends a few days a week in the kitchen himself. But he invests his heart and soul in the service as well. "As an entrepreneur, I think you should have a grasp of all those aspects." At Brasserie Mood, you can not only enjoy a delightful dinner but also drop by in the morning for coffee and pastries and stop in at noon for a delicious sandwich made from Zeeland ingredients. "We work with seasonal products from Zeeland as much as possible. Additionally, I value the accessibility for everyone. My day is good when I know that everyone had a good time and leaves feeling satisfied after the meal.
