13. Emergency Landing of Junkers Ju 88A near Noordwelle
On May 17, 1940, a German Junkers Ju 88A bomber made an emergency landing on the beach near Noordwelle after the aircraft was damaged by British fighters. The crew was arrested by the local constable.
