Van Ast Jachtwinterberging

Van Ast is a passionate family business with its roots in the rustic Brouwershaven on the Grevelingen, the largest saltwater nature reserve in Europe. For more than 40 years, owners have entrusted their yacht to us.

Brouwershaven

The most beautiful town on the Grevelingen is the second city on Schouwen-Duiveland to receive city rights, granted in 1403. With a marina, historic center, and the statue of poet and jurist Jacob Cats, the town is steeped in history. The large church and village charm define Brouwershaven.

Zierikzee

Zierikzee, with around 11,500 inhabitants, is a true city on Schouwen-Duiveland. Known as the "Monument City" with 569 national monuments, historic gates, and the impressive "Dikke Toren" (Fat Tower). Enjoy culture, a lively city center, the harbor, shops, and cozy restaurants.

Zeil- & Surfcentrum Brouwersdam

Welcome to our Sailing & Surf Center at the Brouwersdam! From April to November, we offer windsurfing and sailing courses, and SUP activities. After the summer, we transform into a winter sports resort by the sea with ski and snowboard lessons and equipment maintenance.

Scharendijke

Molen De Korenbloem Zonnemaire

Visit Molen De Korenbloem Zonnemaire, a working grain mill from 1872 located on Molendreef. This round stone tower mill is an important cultural heritage site and can be visited when it is operational.

Perry's Events

Enjoy the ultimate beach experience with Perry's Events. At Beachclub Perry's, you can enjoy various watersport activities, including banana boating, flyboarding, paddleboarding, skimboarding, and kayak rentals.

In this museum, you will learn more about the history of fishing, get to know the work and life of a mussel fisherman, and discover the differences between bottom-cultured and hanging-cultured mussels.

Zonnemaire

Zonnemaire is a small village with around 755 inhabitants. The name originates from "Sonnemare," referring to the water between the islands of Bommenede and Schouwen. "Sonne" stands for south and "Mare" means water. One of Zonnemaire’s most famous historical residents is Pieter Zeeman.

Dorpsstrand Jachthaven Bruinisse

Jachthaven Bruinisse village beach is an atmospheric recreational area in Zeeland with a beach and marina. Enjoy peace, nature, and watersports, or take a walk along the water. A versatile spot for relaxation and activities on Lake Grevelingen.

Dorpsstrand Viane

The little beach at Viane on the Oosterschelde is a hidden gem for those seeking peace and nature. At low tide, a narrow sandy strip appears, surrounded by mudflats and salt marshes. Enjoy sea air, birds, and wide-open views in perfect tranquility.

Museum de Burghse Schoole

The museum is housed in an authentic school building from around 1845, featuring a classroom from 1920, a rotating exhibition, and a permanent exhibition about the Viking 'Karolingische Ringwalburg'.

Jacobuskerk Renesse

The Jacobuskerk Renesse is a beautiful Gothic church located in the center of Renesse. Visitors can attend a church service every Sunday at 9:30 am.

Sirjansland

Sirjansland, locally known as “Sir,” is a small and green village with around 345 residents on Schouwen-Duiveland. Situated along Lake Grevelingen and the Dijkwater, it offers peace, nature, and history. The village forest, created after the 1953 flood, is the perfect spot to relax.

Noord- en Zuidhavenpoort

Visit the history of Zierikzee by taking a walk along the North and South Haven gates. These impressive city gates were built in the 14th century to protect the harbor.

Dreischor

Dreischor is the most beautiful ring village on Schouwen-Duiveland, featuring a characteristic village square, historic farmhouses, and a charming, authentic atmosphere. A hidden gem full of history and tranquility.

Veerpont Port Zélande - Brouwershaven

Book now Rederij Denick's Denick II ferry from Port Zélande to Brouwershaven. This historic ship from 1964 previously sailed on the Rhine and IJsselmeer and is now available for adventures in the beautiful surroundings of the Grevelingenmeer.

Gasthuiskerk

Discover the Gasthuiskerk in Zierikzee. The building has a rich history and was originally intended to house poor foreigners and the sick. Nowadays, it is a popular venue for events and gatherings.

Slot Haamstede

Discover Slot Haamstede, the old castle in Haamstede surrounded by the Slotbos forest. Nature Conservation Society regularly organizes excursions in the surrounding forest. In the summer, you can watch slide shows in the castle's basement.

Brijdorpe

Brijdorpe is a small hamlet first mentioned in 1232. The name refers to the word brij, meaning the muddy, wet soil on which it was built, typical of the Zeeland landscape at the time.
