Zeil- & Surfcentrum Brouwersdam

Welcome to our Sailing & Surf Center at the Brouwersdam! From April to November, we offer windsurfing and sailing courses, and SUP activities. After the summer, we transform into a winter sports resort by the sea with ski and snowboard lessons and equipment maintenance.

De Oude Haven

Nationaal Park Oosterschelde

De Meeuwenduinen

Viane

Right on the edge of the Oosterschelde lies the former hamlet of Viane. Farmers used to bring the beets by horse and cart to the harbour, where they were weighed and transported by ship to destinations such as Dinteloord.

Varreput

The Varreput, located near the Dikke Toren in Zierikzee, was once used as a rinsing place for fabrics. Woven materials were then stretched out on nearby streets to dry on special frames, known as "ramen." This site is a reminder of the city's rich textile history.

Sirjansland

Sirjansland, locally known as “Sir,” is a small and green village with around 345 residents on Schouwen-Duiveland. Situated along Lake Grevelingen and the Dijkwater, it offers peace, nature, and history. The village forest, created after the 1953 flood, is the perfect spot to relax.
